Tapas




We ate lots of tapas lots of times in Spain, starting in Madrid and ending on our last day in Spain. Our favourites were patatas ali oli, patatas bravas, tortilla (potato omelette). My Dad liked boquerones al vinagre and ham croquettes. We also tried albodingas (meatballs), and garlic gambas (prawns). You can order a tapa (small plate), or racion or 1/2 racion depending on how much you want to eat of each one.
